The company was founded in 1977 as an idea of Antonio Taragoni to create a complete independent tanker department. Since July 2013 most of the spot chartering activity has been transferred to Nolarma Chartering.
The company is still acting as broker in time-charter projects mainly for Shuttle Tankers.
